oh people do just so annoy me, so she was an older lady, she still needs care and attention and i am sure she did not deserved to be dumped, hopefully the man that found her and is looking after her will keep her and not give her back to the original owners

I don't want to say too much but I do know that with this particular case the RSPCA have been less than helpful....oh what a surprise!!

They are of the opinion that the finder should keep her and deal with all her problems which will release them of any responsibility
