...driving to work today I saw a woman walking two spangles with coats on

and she was spotless (inc her wellies) and didn't look stressed at all

I didn't think it was possible when you owned a spangle?

I saw a spaniel marording around the field completely ignoring it's owner yesterday....the owmer looked rather stressed and done about 5 laps of the fields.....meanwhile we where walking our 9, and he asked what our secret was?.......I said "do u see a spaniel in my pack"

He then asked if I wanted it

the look on my face probably gave the answer

And I know, it is easy to laugh at people like Zoobie

who makes her poor GSD wear a coat, but I had to swallow my words after buying THE JUMPER!

I soooo want the fleece jumper, like you have, for Harvey when he's older. No point getting one to fit him now. It would've been great today, after our walk, as he was cold and muddy.

It's an ex- open cast mine that was reclaimed and turned into a local nature reserve. There's a memorial as there was a big pit disaster many moons ago that killed a large portion of the community as was back then.

He got his feet wet in the man made lake too.

My Spangle has 2 coats

One reflective for when we have to walk on the roads, and one thermatex for when he is soaking and cold and likely to be sat around for ages

Plus he is fairly stress free..... these days!

Spotless isn;t a word in either of our vocabulary though

Now St Sweep is old he does have a nice snuggly coat to wear after soggy walks.
