I jumped Andy- In a FIELD!!!

I would get more weight on him before you ODE. Love him but he is still very skinny imo, thats not critism hun - I reckon he will start pilling the weight on in the summer - dont work him too hard til then

I agree. But must also say that he is looking better in his coat and skin. But I would love you not to be doing such hard work with him at this stage until he is carrying more condition.

The first photo of you jumping is just great. You both look in real harmony and enjoying the fun.

Looking at previous pictures he's definately putting on the weight nicely! His coat is looking better too!! Well done for all you've done for him, he's a lovely boy and I'm sure you are going to be having some great fun this summer!:D Wish I had your braves.

Thanks for the nice comments, Andy always looks like he's enjoying himself bless him.

They were taken yesterday ;)

My aim for this year is to get round a xc  I should be getting my air jacket next month so it might make me a bit more confident. :)

Good on you for facing your fears im still facing mine each time I ride but my confidence really improved when I got my Air Jacket.

He looks lovely btw

Thanks for the supportive comments.
Don't worry ODE isn't until August I wouldn't do one with him now in the condition he is in.

The sunshine was lovely also had some today so had a lovely (slightly energetic) hack. :)

He's looking great, how the excercise/feeding regime going, looks to be working just fine to me. Did you change anything you were feeding or did you carry on with what you were doing, it has worked whatever you've done, He looks like he's really enjoying himself

Thank you I'm glad he's looking better. I pretty much kept him going how I was before. A lesson once a week and 2 or 3 short schooling sessions (15mins to 30mins) and hacking in between with atleast one/ two days off a week. I've just started lunging and long reining aswell so he will be lunged/ longe reined once a week and sometimes before I school if he is a bit fresh. He's fed on build up cubes, blue chip, oil and alfa-a. :)

Ahh, your the same as me! :)
Okay, a bit different.. But I used to be really nervous about jumping after a few bad falls in a short period of time, but after gradually building up, I've started jumping bigger heights again. :D

His condition is looking alot better too. I'm in no position to criticise, as my TB isn't in the best shape either. He's getting a nice weight, losing sight of the ribs. Just need topline now. Hopefully they will both look fab in summer. :D
