I have a big daft grin on my face.
I haven't ridden much recently due to some non horsey issues that I have mentioned on here in another post. I ride my friend's horse once or twice a week when I can (it's been about 3 months). Today my friend put a pole on the ground and horsey girl evidently thought it was about 3' high. She loved it and every time we cantered at it she jumped it! I haven't been over a pole of any sort for about 10 years so I am ridiculously pleased with myself. My friend did offer to make it into a small fence but the flies were getting their cutlery out by then - maybe next time.
