I just had to leave!

Has anyone seen the 'andalucian x ID' mare on this page that has 'undefined lameness' but would make an 'excellent broodmare'?!?! and the second comment is ' is it bad n can she not be rode ?'

Poor poor mare, the girl who put the ad up says her lameness is very noticeable in trot so can't be ridden so would be better being used as a broodmare. Such a fantastic idea as there isn't already enough unwanted horses and whilst we're at it let's breed one with a possible conformational fault!!

I'm on that group, was on loads but got rid of a lot as its horrible! People post stupid things too, like that they are looking for the PERFECT horse 15hh bombproof cob, can do a bit of anything, sound, cheap to keep ect...budget of £500 including tack...what are these people on?? Then you have people offering them completely unsuitable things and you can just see a disaster about to happen!

And as for all the poor babies on there, it makes me so sad. People need to stop breeding its ridiculous. And the oldies actually, been with an owner for years, now its 25 they have decided it needs a quiet life...erm chuck it in the field to retire then you selfish git! Or have it pts if you cannot afford it!

One I saw this morning (on a different group)

18 month old colt who has a problem but the owner has no money for vets and does anyone want him?

Luckily it turns out that the condition is manageable with minimal vets attention so I think the owner may keep it after all

That's the mare who I was on about on the first page!! She's an absolute stunner, but I would want to fix her, rather than put her in foal.
