So I call him mine, but really he is my mums. When we got him last oct he was semi feral, no one could get near him, fast forward to today, I put my 6 year old and 7 year little girl on him. I need to add he is not our first dartmoor hill pony, we also have silver who we backed last year.
These ponies are hard work but you know when you get to this point, it is so good. We shall carry on through the summer and turn him away over winter he will be 5 this year.
On a side note, dont get a hill pony if you know nothing about ponies, as they are not ready made ponies and need alot of work. ok off my soapbox
This is him winning a inhand show last year, it was the first time he had been out.
