My greedy cob does this at least twice on a hack. He waits till a nice bit of grass, stops until I realise he wants a wee and stand in my stirrups, puts his head down and eats while he wees. I do let him eat while he wees.

He isn't shy about it either. Did it in front of a bus full of people the other day. I could have died!
