Why would you use most of those pics

What does 'fat and tight' mean? Well I know what fat means but not tight.
They do look like they could do with a good tidy up and what is that child doing with her hands on the grey - that poor pony's mouth!

theres lots of lovely ones on there, really cheap. I like the welsh D colt registered. Only £475!!!!

Some of the pics aren't very flattering i must admit! thanks for showing me this website LOL!!

Some are cheap- But some are expensive

A gypsy Cob foal for £2000,

Piebald Cob Mare & Skewbald Foal

Price: £5,800

Seems alot to me..

I wouldn't touch any of them with a barge pole. Half don't look like they've seen a wormer, I'd bet the majority are 'broken' by plonking someone on it too heavy for it to object..as evidenced.

Actually looks very interesting - lots of 'project' horses on there, with a bit of a tidy up and work over the winter bet some of them would be crackers!

I thought exactly the same thing as i was looking through.

I can see what you are getting at though, if your trying to sell your horse get some better pics or atleast groom your horse!

Hmm, yes I wonder how the vendors would feel about a 5 stage vetting? I would exercise caution with buying one of these horses but then I would buying any horse, hard to trust anyone these days!

Yes there are some nice ones further down but my god there are some fuglies in there and at the most ridiculous prices too

Some people need a reality check on their animal's conformation and value!

Funny - I was looking on that site yesterday! There appear to be some nice horses (trotters not included) who might make a good re-sell project...

Oh and don't even get me started on that kid standing on the horses kidneys...

you should not have shown me that...

its been a while since our last traditional cob...

we need another

*toddles off to explain this to michelle*

not that i'm saying theres anything wrong with pikey ponies (mine was no doubt at one point) but the thing that always puts me off them is more often than not they are broken way too young, i only looked at the first few on there but they look rough as hell

I look at this website quite frequently, as we drive for business. More and more of the animals are very obviously owned by Gypsys and far too many are driving at less than 18 months!! You do get some nice horses/ponies with 'decent' owners (not meaning to insult the gypsys here!

I'm sure that the Merens Gelding was only bought by the seller a year ago. She imported him. I clearly remember seeing it on another forum. It's definately the same horse as I have seen the pic with the man before and the horse's name is the same.

Most of them look like a bunch of scratters though!

The top 2 look horrific. "will grow into money" - huh?! The top 1 is also still only 2... I dont agree with backing of any kind until at least mid-3.

And the scruffy "Filly Foal" and "Gypsy Cob Filly" are overpriced. And whats in the Gypsy Cob Filly's stable?! Looks like plants growing in it?!

Am sure I taught that kid in the 2nd photo a few years ago for a one off lead rein lesson...so many of those look so familiar but true about a good site for projects!

Trotters? Do you mean the horses or the fact that half of them are probably being sold by trotters independant traders?! can't believe some of them I mean do people have no pride?
