..If you had a foal with a 14.2hh dam and 16.2hh sire, what height would you be expecting him to make?

I've been told 15.3hh - 16.1hh and I know there's not a great deal in it but I was looking for something max 16hh.

^^ this. it can depend on family before that too. My old arab was 15.2 yet both parents and most of her lineage before was max 14.2. My WB boys dam is 16.1 and his sire 16hh. He is rising 4 and 16.1 with a good bit of growing to do yet. His great granddad on dams side is 17.2 so a lot of her foals throw back to that height.
