My dog is AMAZING we have just practiced down in motion and some distance down stays and she is just the best! So I thought you should all know I LOVE MY DOG! :)

Yay!!!

I've had to go back to basics with the long down, dog on a pole and me hiding in a blind, he was commando crawling and singing to me - one of the downsides of teaching a velcro heel...then having to teach him that it's OK for him to be apart from me, too :p :D

Haha all her distance work is fab! I have done very little heel work as of yet.... I am struggling with the heelwork she takes a step back every time I ask for a sit or down! :( I need someone who lives near me to come and shout at me!

Brilliant, you are doing so well with her. Poor Freya is being sorely neglected training wise, a combination of working extra hours and suffering from sciatica is making me a rubbish dog trainer at present.:(

I've the other problem, crabbing around me and putting his left leg in like the hokey cokey, it's a combination of me reinforcing the wrong position when he was younger and *shhh* a bit of dominance :p
Mirrors are good!

Working is rubbish!! My OH has just got out of hospital after a hip replacement, so inbeteeen looking after him and my 1yo son and working full time I don't have much spare time! Maybe we should swap dogs for a month CC?? :)
