....I am very angry at them!
To cut a long story short, I ordered some eco jumps and a headcollar nameplate at the end of July. Was assured all items were in stock and would be with me within normal delivery time. So the uprights arrive on time, but 5 weeks later, still no bases. Phoned Customer Services, who were useless, explained situation and was told stabling dept would call back . Did they? No(but to be fair I'm not sure if they had the correct phone number

). Was also told that nameplate was engraved and would be sent out the next day.
A few days later phoned them up again and explained about the bases, they apologised and said there must have been a mix up, the bases should be with you tomorrow. I clearly told them I had ordered two pairs of bases. The next day I get a delivery of......1 pair of bases. Phoned them up again today (6 weeks after original order) and explained once again....the other bases will be with you tomorrow, and by the way, the nameplates are out of stock, and we should be receiving some on MONDAY!!!
So I have now written a 'strongly worded
wink.gif
' letter explaining and hoping to get some compensation!!
Never shopping with them again!
Sorry for rant, chocolate if you got this far!

Oh thats awful... I hope you get compensation for all the time you have been on the phone to them. I'm a bit peeved at them as I ordered quite a bit of stuff with them this week - I need some of the items in the next couple of weeks and now they tell me its not all in stock grrrr! Why can't they be like Robinsons and tell you when they are out of stock when u browse...

Ive just completed checkout only to be told 'one or more items are out of stock'. Bit naughty really, they should tell you this before you pay as knowing my luck I'll end up with the things I wasnt too bothered about.

We had this with the Robinsons site before they changed it, ordered a load of hi viz stuff from them about 3 years ago, but they turned out to only have arm bands. The updated site is much much better and I get quite a lot from them now.

Nor me. I ordered a KB bridle and asked them to give me a call when it came in and I'd pay for it when I picked it up (about £200) they said it'd be ten days. Four months later, they rang up and got snotty with me when I said I didn't want it anymore!

Am I unique? I have NEVER had ANY problems when ordering from Derby House - unlike Robinsons.
