Got sent this picture via a link on FB, and I like it.... but have no idea who it is!?! Can anyone shed any light?

I don't think it is photoshopped, it was on my FB page this morning. I do know who it is but don't think it my place to give his name out, I am sure someone else will.

The rider is also, and I quote: " part of Team GB winning gold at the FEI Pony Eventing European Championships - youngest member of the Team at only 13years old - one of only three riders from the whole competition to finish on his dressage score!! show off.... "

At 13 if he can ride like that he deserves to be allowed to be a bit cocky!

I thought it was photoshopped also? The 'seems' around the horses face and the back support (right word?) of the jump look a bit crisp? Sorry, can't articulate my thoughts very well at this time of night. Could just be me though, I always seem to look at pictures a bit strangely! xx

I think it is photoshoped- if you look at the hind legs, youd expect to see a little bit of leg/hoof behind the jump maybe? and the face like violet stripe said but it does look very realistic!

How?! It must be photoshopped - it looks too "still" and, however good someone is, would they really turn and wave at the camera (which is always so obvious) when jumping a fence that size?

I wouldn't!

I think it is real. Remember this pony is one of the best in Europe and could jump this novice fence backwards. Plus it was obviously over a novice fence as he is wearing a xc watch which is only aloud at novice upwards, so unless it was taken over a practice jump then I think it is real.

Great photo. I don't think it's photoshopped either. And the bits that people think ARE photoshopped are not the bits that usually need photoshopping, if that makes sense. I even enlarged it on PS to have a closer look.

There was a cracking photo of a past huntsman showing him over a huge Wynnstay hedge, everything in the right place, he's looking to his right and he has his hand up just about to blow his horn, I'd be too busy hanging on!

His name is sam something, this was at the European pony team selections. He was on the team and they got team gold at the age of 13.

It was on FB as a group callled Horses UK is holding a profile pic comp and its for children under the age of 14 at shows this pic is currently winning.
