tonight he has had me skiing down a muddy slope on my bottom and i had to walk through the estate with half a field hanging from my pants, he has eaten my bra i stupidly left on my bed, he has stolen yet another loo roll and that is now strewn over my bathroom, there is 50 "poo" bags eaten up on my living room floor and i have just caught him drinking my fanta out of my glass

Im not well but something tells me i need to watch him more carefully

This is the sort of post which reminds me to go for another rescue dog when I am ready, not a puppy

He is SO sweet though, you know you love him to bits

Um... Muppet is a rescue dog which simply means he had two years to perfect his bad behaviour before coming to me to be retrained. Two years later and he still doesn't believe me when I inform him that pizza is not meant for dogs!

mmm I have a rescue Dobie who was very disobedient so he had 3 weeks residential training......and.........they couldnt do anything with him either :-))))))))

It was worth every penny tho cos at least I dont feel its all my fault now and a bad trainer!

Montys fave snack is the sofa cushions sadly, about a week per cushion. A Tuffies huge dog bed on top slows the enemy advance for a few days longer. Insurgency into the foam is triggered by me leading the horses past the window which is STILL the most exciting thing hes ever seen in his life (twice a day, last 2 years.....)

But I wouldnt swap him and I bet you wouldnt swap yours either!

And I thought I had problems trying to convince Mup not to make mad passionate love to the sofa & cushions on a regular basis! He is a little bugger but he is such a sweety. Nothing nicer than cuddling up with my over grown puppy on the sofa

And did you realise that rugs on the floor are a total no-no? Boydog very helpfully tries to remove the one in front of the hearth each time he comes in.

Thank God he is not a house dogs, he would probably have all the carpets up as well if I let him!
