(sp?) means the poster has a got a sneaky suspicion that their spelling is up poo creek

And a bog pony is mine after about 5 minutes in the field

IMO = in my oppinon.
DH = dear husband
DS= dear son DS1 = dear son eldest DS2 =dear son second eldest etc etc
DD= dear daughter etc etc
these are terms of endearment.
DH could, I suppose also mean DEAR HORSE as in b*%%^y expensive to keep. LOL
