MrM has said I can get one as soon as I can find one

Given that we are putting the house on the market this month, I cannot spend huge amounts

, but from what I've read, I should have enough

So, where are the best places to look for a trailer? Dizz is now touching 17hh, so I need a biggy. I would quite like a three horse one if possible

(I have a Discovery, so can tow 3.5 tonnes).

Oh sooooooooooo excited

Hmmm the only 3 horse trailer I know of is the equitrek multitrekka, and this isn't really for three big horses. Ifor do trailer that takes more than 2, but I thought this was only for ponies. Richardson do a 2 horse + 1 pony trailer. I am not sure that many trailers would be under 3.5t with three big horses in, but I could be wrong.

Are all three horses biggies? If not Rice (think Rice Richardson now) used to do a three horse that took two biggies facing forward plus the third up to about 15.2 ish facing rear (depends on "length" of horse more than height from what I could see of my fiends one).
Also handy for all that "extra stuff" on those days when only 1 or 2 in !!

Ooooo snap! I'm looking too! Have been trawling ebay, freeads, horsequest, horsemart....but haven't found what I'm looking for near me. (Ifor 510 and I don't think I'm near you Mrs M!)
I typed horse trailers for sale in google and that came up with a few other websites aswell, but again I haven't found one near me!
I think Ifor do a 3 horse one......not really paid much attention as not what I'm looking for but isn't it called a 603/5 or something?
Am about to start the trek around the local horsey shops......have been putting it off as I'll probably just end up shopping!
The nice ones seems to be selling really fast so I think you have be be ready with the cash.......better go and raid the piggy bank just in case I find one soon!

Thankies all

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear! The three horse ones I've seen would take Dizzy (16.3hh 'n' a bit I think), Little Cob (13.3hh), and Little Lad (13hh on a good day).

D1 will probably get a horse at some point, so it will have to take Dizz and another horse of about 16hh, but then we'll only be carting two neds about at any one time - the extra space will just be nice when we're at shows

I have about £1,500, but MrM is quite keen to get something he can fiddle with(!), so I don't mind if it needs work so long as that's reflected in the purchase price

This is my present to me from my inheritance. I could have bought a nice lorry, but bearing in mind everything else we want to do this year (move house, go on holiday, pay for D2's scuba stuff, pay for D1's exams), I am being restrained

My friend is umming and arring over whether to sell her IW510 as her mare prefers to travel in a box. It's in very good cond (she really looks after her stuff) probably wants around £2800 for it though.
