I need advice....... please

What would you do if you got a horse form a dealer, the passprt is in another language but after sitting there and picking it apart working out what it says you realise the horse and passprt don't match.

The horse according to the passport should have a freezemark and doesn't. Dealer was called and questioned. Reply from them was that no one ever takes any notice of passports and if I'm that bothered they would pay for a replacement.

See I know that a passprt matters......
........I just don't know what to do now.....

Dito. Tradeing standards will investigate and hopefully do something about it. It won't be stopped but it will make people more aware.

i bought a horse last year and it turned out to be a ringer. passport was a fraud. it was not in essex but the dealer was delivering some there before she could pick mine up. i returned the horse and got a full refund inc livery, vet bills etc. i tried for a week to find out what horse i had (it was microchipped) but could only get as far as the fact that i had a belguim passport and a dutch horse
