I need help please!

My husband started having riding lessons 3 years ago at the age of 36. We bought a horse to share and had her for a year and then last March he got his own horse so we can now go out together. Here is a pick of him on his horse a month after we got her.

Given your height I would have thought the first horse you posted would be too small.

I would look for an older cob type around 15.2hh, that is sensible and has all the basics in place. Ask your RI to go to viewings with you and also think about doing the BHS horse owners certficate.
