I need lessons in plaiting

Im sick of paying people to plait my two horses. I show, dressage and jump and really want to learn how to do it all myself so i dont have to rely on others. I can plait but need someone patient to teach me how to sew them in to a really good standard. Can anyone help? Im in the Leeds area. Cheers, Ben

I could but it's a way to travel from IOW, Horse hero have a video on their webbie about sewing plaits, that may help a bit.
