Someone please tell me there is hope? Basically, my 14h ponio is going to be kitted out with a nice new dressage saddle next week. Ive come to the decision that a dressage saddle will help me to be more comfortable while riding, as i have some health issues with joints etc. I feel more comfortable riding bare back when my legs arent so bent at the hip and knee so im hoping a dressage saddle will be sort of the same!
Heres the issue :o Ponio is pretty small tbh and im 5ft7 with rather long legs. Im a tad worried that my legs are going to be hanging waaaay past her sides and cause me problems riding.
Will it just be a case of making changes to my riding and adapting to using my legs rather than heels to ask her?
Im very interested in pursuing dressage as my 'thing' as ive not got much confidence jumping anyways.. So i need to find an instructor to help me achieve my goals!
Can anyone reccomend me a decent dressage instructor in Kent area please?

Hope this post doesnt make me seem like a total numpty! :o

Thanks in advance
