I now own a gelding

I have just had an email from stud entitled... Troy the gelding!!!

I told them I didn't want to know when it was being done, but am so glad I went to see him yesterday and had a cuddle. I told him I was sorry for what was about to happen to him.

I have had a little cry, but it is for the best!

Poor Troy !!
On the plus side they do recover quickly and now he will be able to go and play with his mates.
Good luck for the scan tomorrow .

Totally the best thing for him and don't worry about him losing any presence as I think it's a bit of an old wives tale. This is Herbs just about 4 months after gelding and he looks to me like he still has presence, your boy had it as a foal and will still have it as a yearling and beyond!
