I officially cannot ride

you are me weezy!

i know i can ride, hell ive been riding for 10 years yous think id know what i was doing by now.

but as soon as someone (who isnt an instructor) watches me, i go to pieces. no balance, etc etc i look like im still learning! i have bad self confidence issues that i need to get over!

i know i am a bit the same! although actually nohing went too badly when i was looking for Millie, if i do end up getting another that is one thing i am dreading as Millie is the only horse iv properly ridden!! i dont get the opportunity to ride others either!

See, we all know you can ride and ride very well indeed.

I can't ride for toffee, so much prefer to have people bark orders at me!

I expect to get on a horse and not be able to ride it!

I was chuffed to bits yesterday riding Pidge for a bit and I found him very comfy and found his rhythm in trot very easy, which is normally a disaster for me! lol His canter was rather yummy too.

Ok, so I could have done with Sue barking some orders at me reguarding my steering as she knows him best.

Every horse is very different indeed, as is every rider.

I'm sure you will go back and suss him out much quicker and be able to get far more from him. Then you will know if he is for you or not.
