I owe my life to my horse

This morning i took our lovely girly Tess out for a bit of a plod just the two of us Down one of the very quiet and small back lanes there is a very sharp bend and coming up to it Tess stopped dead in her tracks. So kick, kick walk on and she just wouldn't budge at this point i was going to get very angry at her until she cat leapt into the plowed field next to us. Clinging onto the saddle and very confused my attention was then took by a silly woman flying at over 60 round the bend. So fast the bottom of her car was walloping the floor and making a horrible noise.

Tess stood as still as a rock before taking herself back ont the road. I sat there in utter disbelief. She had saved us both from a nasty accident. She must of heard the car before me ( im partialy deaf in one ear ) and looked after me.


Has our horse ever done anything like this and do you believe they have 6th senses ??

I chose that road because she knows it like the back of her hoof ? and is very quiet this woman didn't even slow down past us simply waved as if to say thanks for moving out the way

Thank you she is that one horse you have in your life time and will never be able to replace. We have only had her since August time and i trust her completely and utterly

Wow bless her she is amazing!! When me and my husband were told that our 7th round of ivf after losing 13 babies ranging from 5 weeks to 42 weeks stillbirth would only work with a donor egg I was understandably very upset, my Ella has gotten my through this and taken my mind of it, I do feel if I hadn't had Ella I would have sank into a very dark place!! And maybe not be here at all... It's as if she knows my pain and understands she is so loving towards me, she's my rock!!!

I thought i was going to faint after it happened, it could of been very nasty. Sadly people do not think about slowing down round bad bends.

I am so very sorry to hear that, but i know exactly what you mean. I suffer from Anxiety and without my horse there to listen to me moan, cry and mope about i don't know what i would do.

I believe they have a 6th sense much like dogs do, however many think i am crazy for thinking that. Today just proved that for me.
