Leading Dolly and tess up to the top of the drive last night as we have been doing for the past few days on and off so she can see cars ( doesn't care at all
) and we have maybe a gap the size of a 10cm ruler between the paved drive and the grass so a border i suppose !
Tess plodded over it onto the grass for a munch no problem and this time Dolly stopped and wouldn't walk over it so i stopped patted her let her have a look and applied a bit of pressue asking her to walk forwards.
Now the stupid moment ...
I stood just to the side of where i thought she would gently plod over as she had done the fast few days... well she launched herself from a standstill about 4ft in the air and ontop of me
Bless her she did quickly scramble off and no damage was done but it was the moment when i saw this hyper fluffy foal belly coming rather close to my shoulder
Took her back and we walked over it like sane people 3 times before stopping to eat with mum
I really am a dizzy so and so
