Hello all
I am soooo tired after today - I have ridden 3 horses, might not seem like a lot to some people but when I have only ridden a few times in about 6 weeks then it feels a lot to me!
First up was Piaffe's Viento
I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about riding him, not because I was worried or anything but I have seen photos of him and he seems really quite established, and I thought I would look like a numpty on him! But, after Debs lunged the freshness out of him
I got on him and walked him around, then did some trot and then canter, and then some lovely loose trot. He is quite a tense little horse (smaller than I thought!) but after 25 mins or so he worked lovely, and felt lovely too
Thanks again Debs! I was so happy, shame we didn't get any photos
And I'm riding him again and again and again
Then I had a break to watch some Scrubs
Then I was off to ride Romeo and Charlie, VictoriaEDT's two
I fell off Romeo last week after he reared, but I think we are getting to know each other now and whenever I felt him back off slightly today I gave him a growl
and he was fine - first time I trotted him as well today
Then I rode Charlie, who was a bit lazy today (except when the yard was in sight, then he was a different horse LOL)
Then I had a lovely big lunch, then went to see my Dad and his new puppy (why did I not have the camera on me today??? Grrr!
)
So yeah, theres my day
Absolutely knackered
