I saw this and cried.....

I was on a work call talking to a colleague about a complex disciplinary case, my personal mobile buzzed so I flipped it over and opened the message..... and burst into tears. My work colleague was most perturbed ? and eventually I was able to explain that it was because of this.....


My friend has captured him wonderfully, it is such a lovely picture which I will treasure forever

the artist is getting it framed before she sends it to me but yes it will definitely be going on my wall I just might cry quite a lot initially! Already I have so many happy memories though ?

That is such a beautiful portrait of him. I know how you feel getting it out of the blue. For my 70th birthday my friend had portraits of my three departed dogs painted for me. I can remember only too clearly how overwhelmed I was. They now sit on my bedroom windowsill so I see them night and morning.
