Haha, that it how Eeyore and Breeze would have reacted, pick it up and throw it about. We play with tarps and plastic sacks in the field with them and they love dragging them about.

Seriously though, and by no means am i trying to open a can of worms, but I am generally interested to know, would standing in that cause a strain on tendons/ligaments/joints?

No more likely than for it to break a persons ankle, should a person stand on it, far more likely to damage the bed than the horse.
I did not see all of it but thought it was good, horses being asked nicely and responding nicely.
