I *think* I'm being sacked off by my farrier

I had exactly the same problem. My girl is really quiet and never any bother. He had shod her for years. He was due to do her, I took time off work to attend, then no-show. That evening he texted me to say he would do the next day. I texted him to say where the money was (as he was happy to do her while I was at work) and he didn't turn up. Next day he texted me to say he was busy but would come the day after. Then no-show, again.

I gave up and went elsewhere. Best decision ever - my girls feet have never been better.
