I think my horse must have shrunk!!

I definitly think my horse has shrunk.
He is knockin on 17hh (16.3 and a bit) and yet yesterday and the day before when I dismounted my feet touched the ground sooner than I expected he suddenly feels more like 15.3.

Do you think its all this wet weather or am I going just a little bit bonkers??

its the weather they are shrinking from the mud soon he will feel like 12.2

I once asked my vet if my horse was having a growth spurt as he was lying down a lot. He told me not to leave him out in the rain or he might shrink.
Maybe he was right

Are you very tired? Could you have dropped off ('scuse the pun lol) for a nano-moment on the way down? Have your legs grown? Were you on the upside of a good slope? Wearing high-heed riding boots?
