After yesterday's thread about my daughter not wanting a pony, but a cow see thread if not already http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=619376

Anyway today she came up with me we got my haffy in as she likes to have a sit on him, but we tacked him up & I took her for her first little hack :D. It's official I have lost my pony, but on the plus side she hasn't mentioned wanting a cow :p

I want to get her some proper riding gear, but a she is 2 & a half didn't really want to buy new stuff as she grows so quick & doesn't come up much so tonight put couple of ads on FB & a lady only 3 roads down from me has jods, boots & stirrups with leathers for sale as the one on my haffy saddle I had to borrow as haven't got kids one. So going to have a look & buy it all for her if fits. Going to get her a body protector to if anyone can recommend ones for tiny kids

Here is a couple of pics & yes I know she has no hi viz on as didn't have a tiny one, but I put mine on. So going to buy her one in next few days :)

Adorable :D

She looks like she's doing the splitz tho! When friends little ones have sat on my cob, they always look like a pea on a drum since he's a bit bigger but she looks lovely on your Haffy :)
 
That. Is. Too. Cute. Even oh went aww at that. If b1 isn't careful she'll be doing same soon if you keep posting cuteness like that.
 
Ah good stuff you don't have to send her back now :D

I might have a BP as I have the next size up for my daughter and could sell this one if the other one fits her, will check tomorrow if you are interested. Think its the smallest size you can get and she has worn it since she was about 2 and is now 4.

(Took me about half an hour to find a pic without her hi viz on top!!)

That was Pandy from Nursery who came home from Nursery for the weekend so she could do something with him to report back on. We took him to a sheep dog trial and introduced him to a collie with panda markings and let him ride a pony among other things :D

Did think about a little saddle, but main priority is getting her some proper riding gear etc.

Just out of interest have you got a pic of the cub saddle ;)

Also may be a daft question as never had to get one, but do cub saddles go on the big pony's as she won't be getting her own until she is a bit older & I no she is really interested?
