I THINK the horse passed it's vetting

Had my potential new horse vetted today and couldn't be there. When I booked it I asked to be phoned after 4.30pm with results as don't have phone on me at work. At 1pm I checked my phone in my lunch break and there was a voice male from the vet. It said " nothing major, just a few minor things we need to discuss and have a chat about but there shouldn't be any reason not to go ahead and buy her". Then he said it was hs afternoon off and I would need to phone back tomorrow! Tried to phone the surgery to see if anyone could tell me more but couldn't!!

So I assume she passed?! I know she has two windgalls so could be that? Gaaaaah! Very annoying!

So can't even get excited yet till tomorrow's phone call!
 
If he said there is no reason not to buy her I would say you have yourself a new horse!

Vets are SOOOOO annoying. Do they not realise this is an important day for you and your whole future happiness hangs on what he has found - ? Sure it'll be OK, but I know just how you're feeling as I've had similar happen to me.
 
Sounds okay to me. My last vetting the vet rang me immediately to tell me that he'd failed, although he hadn't told the owner. It sounds to me that yours has passed, so fingers crossed tomorrow.
 
Vets are always going to find something, after all no horse is perfect. He's probably found something like a wind gall or a splint. Do let us know!!!
 
How exciting. It's always a bit of an anti-climax after you have searched for so long though!!
