I want out..hack

y/o sick ponies got out yet again they went under one fence and over another into a neighbours field through field my horse in (strangles) I was given ok to start hacking out as long as we never went near sick ponies who are recovering only might be carriers,it was going well they had them in metal fencing so why open it up to add wooden fence? waiting on advice from vet had wanted to hack out weekend but dont want to take the chance..

Are they hungry? Thats usually why they go wandering through fences. Wat a nuisance for you

y/o said not buying feed wants them on grass ate every thing but dock leaves I said to put them on small feeds as very skinny a friend had extra loose hay and brought bags of it down and they ate it and slept on it, then vet said to feed them so moved to metal caged area with grass..I keep my feed at home (for reasons) so I brought up half a bag of chaff s/beet up there and I know that was not touched until ponies got out and found it over floor.(chaff not s/beet).the wooden fence was makeshift why they used it I dont know..I was turned down for livery after I explained about yard..shame..
