Hi, I'd really like a foal from my Shetland mare, my friend has a stallion that she said will go with her nicely, the problem is he's 15.2hh TB. Do you think she will be ok? I mean, it's not as if she's too big, he won't have to jump on her so it won't hurt her back, he'll still be standing because he's got really long legs!
Ooh I can't wait for a foal :D

I can see some problems here. What if your foal inherits its mum's legs on the left-hand side, and its dad's legs on the right? It will only be able to run round in circles:eek::D

LMAO - please tell me this is a joke.....

I met a lovely Lemon Labradoodle last week, just trying to think what your Shetland pony cross with a Thoroughbred stallion will be marketed as, and what would its primary purpose be?
Could it work pulling beer drays..... as in Shitbreds for Whitbreads
Perhaps a more noble name ...... MiniMiners...... a new breed of super fast pit ponies.

I like shitbred!!:D

I think a Shitbred would be the Shetland body with the TB legs, surprisingly fast and over-tracks like a boss.

Thoroughland would be the TB body on the shetland legs, kinda like the sausage dog of the horse world.

:D
