Sure have!!!

I just find it interesting how you really can't tell a horses age by a photo.....

I took those 2 years ago before I brought him - he had such a dippy back you could use it as a skate ramp...here's him last summer showing:

When I turned up at a riding school (where he'd lived for 3 months after being shipped from ireland) I couldn't help falling for him - he was not a happy bunny.

Had a dentist age him at 8

so he's knocking on the door of 10 now I'd say

Don't want to cast nasturtiums on the expertise of your dentist, but I recently had a dentist age my TB at 14/15yrs.
She's actually 19yrs old

His wolf teeth hadn't fully grown....so that was proof enough for me!

That and the fact the tend to ship them over from ireland about that age

My dentist told me that it was impossible to accurately age a horse from it's teeth. She told me that my 18 year old could be 12 from his teeth, the 20 year old could be early to mid teens and even the 9 year old was difficult to age accurately.

I was always told that between about 12 and 20 was difficult to tell but younger and older than those was easier....don't believe that an 18 year olds teeth could look the same as a 12 year old!
