I want to immortalise my horse in art

Can anyone recommend a talented artist, or any great equine art? I'd love to commission a painting of my beloved steed! Needn't be hyper realistic. I'd prefer something that captures his character, expression, soft eyes etc.

Nicky Litchfield did one of my old boy and she's captured him brilliantly. I knew I wanted something a bit different for him and when I saw a donkey she'd done I decided that was the artist I needed and to h3ll with the budget! ETA - I'd love a 'full body' of my Appy by Chloe but she flatly refuses to give me a photogenic photo to work from and instead manages to look like a deformed giraffe every time the camera comes out. I can count decent photos of this horse on my fingers - she gurns when the camera points at her

I really like this artist's work. Not so much the formal oil paintings- they are beautiful but not really my thing. But her "loose sketches on paper" and, in particular, A3 quickies, seem to really capture the animals involved in a way that I really like.
