So I bit the bullet today and took Koko in thebig air field by our stables. I started just walking around then I was trotting happily then I asked for a canter which eventually progressed into a gallop 
Breaks were never an issue when I said stop he stopped I just feel so much more confident for the xc schooling on friday
My instructor was laughing at me today because I'm nervous about stopping after the jump and the jumps don't bother me 
Anyway here are some piccies from the field:

We got him some white bandages aswell, what do you think?
