Thanks Tia. I was advised, when I very first got him, to let him grow into himself and give him plenty of time to mature.
Over the last (nearly) 12 months hes had 5 months off and out in the field, its obviously helped.

i think hes a bit upright in the shoulder, his tail is set on quite low and if his back were any shorter you would struggle to get a saddle on him, certainly wouldnt want it any shorter!
possibly also slightly behind at the knee but that could just be me seeing things!
other then that he looks a lovely type and very very shiney

I think he is looking gorgeous, a real compact chunka munka! I don't pretend to be a confirmation expert so as long as he is doing what you want that's what matters to me! He just looks so healthy he almost glows!

I think he looks fantastic piaffe, to me he looks in proportion, powerful and very shiny and healthy. Absolutely stunning!

I know bugger all about conformation - well unless they have 3 legs or something else that is blinding obvious!!
But, I think he has really grown up and filled out now!

Thanks for that! Just learnt that the low set tail is a breed requirment, as is the short back so I'm guessing that its all good!

Yes, he is deffo a bit of a porker! But he has been turned out 24/7 for the last 2 months and not worked! The grass is amzing!!!

Yes, he is a bit of a tub but I don't think it will take too long to get off him when he comes back into work.
