iam very sad and sorry its a long one !!!!

I agree with Blackhawk, I think you need to decide whether you want to put the time in with him. It will be worth it in the end and you will have a great relationship with him.
Maybe you could discuss with his owner about if you put the time in could you have him on a longer contract or have him on a view to buy depending if she wants to sell him and if it works out and if he settles.
I think she needs to tell you everything about him as it sounds as though she has not been entirely honest with you.

this is the problem,i wasnt expecting to take on a project horse as such as i could have brought one !!!
hes a nice enough lad just has the red mist effect and goes silly !!
i wanted a realitivly well behaved horse so i could enjoy him but he is not my idea of fun atm unfortunatly she has tried to loan him before but it didnt work out !!!

I think then he's probably not the horse for you then.

I would say that she proabbly really needs to consider selling him to a home that can help him, rather than passing him from loan home to loan home.

i told owner this last nite when i rang her and said i think you are better of selling him to someone who will be able to help him more than i can i found that he responded better to my brother and that i think he is a mans hores and would prob be good at hunting or endurance as he is only 11,but she said that she does not want to sell him !!
its a shame and i feel that i have failed him already as he is lovely in the field and to catch its just as soon as you get him out of the gate.
i wish i could handle his strengh !!
he does need to be reschooled and handled very delicately
atm im not confident enough to do this !!
thank you blackhawk ffor your help and advice,it is a shame that this has happend and i do feel for him,i know its not my fault but i do feel bad for him
