Ibc water butt

I have just purchased a large water butt holds 1000 ltrs, label said Lupranol 2045, have been told power washed out do you think that I can now use to catch rain water in.
Seller bought it also second hand, or best way to wash these tanks out.

Standard practice is to triple rinse containers before reuse (assuming the orginal contents was non-hazardous)

At least container is re-usable after being washed out, thats good, will wash out again be on safe side.
