Can anyone help?

I remember using these ice boots at Matts, you put them on and then blew them up around the leg.

Does anyone know the name of them or where you can buy them?

I know they RRP'd at about £70.00 each.

Thanks

Are ice boots good to use? I have just got a set that says soak in water for about 70 mins beforehand, and you can refrigerate to make them more effective, so does that mean soak in water (which makes them blow up, then refrigerate immediately after that? ANd use before the gel inside becomes granules again?

The ones I have sound similar, you have to soak them in water and the gel expands and then you freeze them. They last for ages and I'm busy using them on my ankle at present!

Thanks severnmiles... does the water you soak them in have to be very cold? Our water here's not that cold, so was wondering if the gel itself has cooling properties? Also, do they get so cold that you can only leave them on for a short time (and if so, how long?) Or is it just comfortably cool rather than ice cold when you put them on?
