ID HELP AGAIN (sorry!!!)

does anyone else have trouble getting through to the IDHS ? ive been trying all morning and email aswell and its constantly engaged and its only open 10-2 ? seems a bit daft and i'd hate to imagine if anyone was in a rush for registration forms !

Yes! Deal with them a lot for work as vet does gradings for them. Hard to get on phone and a lot of the people on the web site dont respond to emails! Keep trying!!

Oooh yes - hate to say it, but I ended up posting in the forum asking how I could get in contact as could never get thru (I tried intermittently for literally months.)

I had a call within 5 hours whilst down at the pub one evening
