Has anyone bought one of these 2nd but in brilliant condition? I'm after what prices you paid if you don't mind me asking? It's the Suzanna (sp) sort of shape? X

I have a brand new Suzannah on order that was made to measure...shoudl arrive tomorrow or tues...yaaaaaaaaay!
I ordered from the horse boutique ltd and tehy have a sale on at the mo. Mine was 830 inc postage and made to measure. My saddler came out and took a template and posted to ideal and they will send to me. There is about 6-8week waiting list though.

I've got a Suzannah that I'll be selling in a few weeks time when my new saddle arrives.
I asked my saddler and he said excellent condition ones are selling for a minimum of £700, MW & W seem to be more popular sizes.

I have a mint condition Ideal Tonishia for sale. Bought it brand new last Spring but unfortunately my horse decided to change shape in a major fashion (combination of him being young and developing due to correct work) and it only fit him for a matter of weeks :(. Thought I would have no problems selling it but the market really seems to have dipped in the last few months.
Good luck with selling yours

I paid £350 for a Crown (Ideal) Jessica, it's about 3 years old I think and in pristine condition. My saddle fitter (I didn't buy it from him!) said it was a fantastic bargain :)

I love it, most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden in especially compared to my horrible Thorowgood T4 GP!

Hi,
I've just picked on up off Ebay for £600 after having tried two from saddlers.
I have been watching for a while and was prepared to take a gamble at that price. I was the only bidder though so I think I was lucky and it was in excellent condition.

Have to say I love it :D

I got one off ebay last year and paid £400 for it. I got an amazing bargain as there isn't a mark on it. We went to collect it so 4 hours travelling on fuel but other than that no extra costs

Didnt realise they went for as much as that on ebay! Ive got the ideal suzanna saddle on a highland and cob tree (the best tree for my huge big built warmblood) And its brown so fairly unusual, wasnt going to bother with ebay but will do now, thanks guys x

Charlie55 - this was the cheapest I could find, a lot are advertised for more, but on a `Buy It Now' basis, a lot round the £675 -£800 mark so I think I did quite well

I've been in and out of Saddles Direct for the last 9 months and couldn't get hold of one for under £775 from them, so I've given them my Albion to sell rather than stick that on Ebay, but not heard anything yet!

Fingers crossed for you it should be popular ;):D
