ideal saddle experts ?

Hi its on the sprenger tree so its the old continental apex. Not a saddle I would advise buying without trying as they are wide but the deep seat means they are prone to bouncing at the back unless you have a dipped back horse. Panels are quite close contact so not much room for flocking either. But on the right horse they are pretty good saddles.

I love my Ideal, and with flocking it has fitted every horse I ever owned. (All similar sizer and type I suppose).

Ive seen a few marked ‘apex’ and another marked DT tree? what do these mean please?

Im trying to find something for my young highland - I need straight cut, so dressage, vsd or wh and pref with a deeper seat as I find they help my back. Ive spoken to a couple of saddle fitters and had them out but so far theyve not had anything in my price range and a 2nd hand ideal was mentioned as an option.
