Ideal Suzannah in extra wide...do they exist secondhand?

I am looking for a secondhand Ideal Suzannah in extra wide but so far haven't seen one anywhere. I know you can get a brand new one extra wide but don't have brand new money! I'm wondering if they exist second hand or if it is a new width fitting.

I think you can get ideal to widen the saddle for you but I think they can only go one size up or down.
