Ideal Weight Please

Does anyone know what the ideal weight for a 13.3, welsh section D, 43 year old pony is ?

I have now got her weight to 322kg but I feel as if I am working towards an invisable target if that makes sense

I wouldn't go by weight, but by condition scoring. I'm not an expert on an oldie like that (well done on keeping a 43 yo pony!) but reckon it'd be a tough balancing act (not too thin coming in to winter, and not too fat either - to save overloading joints /lami risk).
