Tb has had steroid injections 1 month ago into hocks, is now 50% less lame, but vet has advised building up muscle and fitness - next month she'll have 2 more hock steroid injections. Can't do much by way of circles (hocks), land in Cambs is flat as a pancake, no cantering allowed.
Any ideas and how much to do per day? I'd appreciate some thoughts.:)

Awwww bless her. My boy also has arthritis in his hocks but luckily doesn't have it to bad. Does your mare have it bad?
When my boy had steroids after having a few days off i did about a week of walking and then on the second week i would slowly introduce the trot so. So be walking then do a few paces of trot and then go back to walk and then repeat. Then do this for a few days then gradually do more trot. And then after you can go back to normal work. Hope this some help. This is what i did with my boy. xx

No, she doesn't have it bad, but we do have to wait for her bones to fuse and then hopefully she'll go "sound".
Vet felt she was unfit, (she has had 11 weeks off work) so has told me to build up some hind muscle, now she is flexing a little better - wish there were some hills in Cambs and I could canter her...
