Ideas for making a mobile field shelter.

I've been researching the price of mobile field shelters and they are not cheap! Has anyone any ideas how to make a field shelter , which can be classed as 'mobile' ,without breaking the bank? Thanks for any suggestions offered.♥

Heston bales ( lashed to wooden stakes if necessary)& a tarp secured over the top? You'd probably find horses only use it as a windbreak,but if really wet and they did want to get out of the rain then they have the option. If you google straw bale shelters then some comments from other forums come up..

I have researched this quite a lot and think something made with scaffolding would be good, so portable like a tent rather than something enormously heavy that can't really be moved without a tractor. I think I would use that farm screen stuff for the sides which let's 50% wind through, and a solid roof. I haven't got round to making ours yet but I have scaffolding hence the idea!
