IDEAS NEEDED!! HUNT FUND

Ok so basically i just need some ideas to raise money for the hunt please, at the moment it is funded by hunt balls, a horse show, a team chase and subs etc but need some new ideas please!

I've been thinking of:

a hunt shoot competition
a few more horse shows
countryside day - sheep racing, displays, competitions, stalls etc.
Clinic days e.g - pay the hunt photography X amount to teach amateurs some skills, amateurs pay X amount to attend / basically 'sell' supporters skills!?
Farm/Kennels open days - depending on how willing farmers in the hunt are.
Hunt bonfire night
Barn dances

Please help!!!
 
a themed meal evening in a village hall. eg Spanish evening with typical food and music and dancing.
if you can get people to donate the food then so much the better
 
We did a safari lunch and raised around £1000. It was really popular. 4 courses at 4 venues. I think it was £15 a head. All you need is 4 willing hosts and a wee bit of planning, good social opportunity so should be well attended :)
 
We have a very good supporters club. They do things like end of season party, race night, clay shoot, terrier show. Loads of ideas!
 
Our local hunt does trotting days out with the hounds during the end of the summer when they are getting the hounds fit.

£10 and you can do their round with them, which is perfect for the young horses/new aspiring members as you basically do a working trot round their route with a few other horses - and you may get a membership from it!
 
One of our local hunts has been doing Summer rides every week, similar to fun rides, leisurely hack around someone's farm / estate followed by a light lunch. Apparently these have become extremely popular. They started at the end of the season.

Some things the hunts I have worked for have done :-

Xmas lunch
Xmas party
Summer bbq
Race night
Promise Auction
Pie and pea supper
Darts / cricket matches
Dinner dance
Terrier show
Quiz night
Cinema night and supper
Hunter trial
Naked calendar
Ladies night
Chinese restaurant night

Pink lilly the auction is definately a good idea as a lot of people will have things to donate I'm sure! x And naked calendar would be brilliant.....although not sure if I'd want to see my hunt lot naked on my kitchen wall!! :D

The only thing i was worried about by having more balls/partys etc was that the main balls would be less popular as there would be other hunt parties quite often, would this happen do you think? x

I'm in Gloucestershire, to be honest if you contact your local hunt and let them know you're willing to give your time and skills as most hunt need as many supporters as possible.
