My cousin has had this little 14'1 pony for the past 3 months.. I know what his passport says he is but its a bit of a rubbish passport so any thoughts on his breed/mixture of breeds? I know what I think he is but just interested on other views..

His passport says welsh cross but he can literally speed trot (not pace) like a trotter & would rather do this than canter... his first address on passport is Romany Road but post code doesnt exist..
