We are tentatively looking for a small yard, with house attached - in the Cheshire/Manchester area for rental.
Everything listed currently seems to be large yard/commercial opportunities which don't fit the bill.
I'm looking for:
* 3 bed house
* 3/4 stables
* 4/5 acres - enough turn out for a 15hh, 14.2 and a small pony
* School would be fab
* located within 30mins of Jct 20 M6.
Can anyone suggest any agents or places to look that I might not have thought of?
