Hi all
Hoping some of you knowledgable folk might be able to help.
At my current livery yard, the horses are in individual turnout. Not my preference, but that's what it is.
The YO oversowed one of my paddocks, which had housed another horse before mine and which had been turned out 24/7 over the past horrendous summer and therefore had eaten all the grass down.
I had a walk down it today and put some electric fencing on, as didnt want my horse to have full access to it all to start with as it looked fairly lush. On inspection, it is more flowers and herbs than grass!!
Can anyone recommend a good book/internet source of identifying the plants as I want to make sure it is all safe for her to eat. Actually quite happy that there is variety as i know this is better for horses...but there is an awful lot I can't identify!!
